LyricsDownLoad and their suppliers disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. In no case will LyricsDownLoad or its suppliers be liable for any consequential or incidental damages or for any lost profits or revenues.
